Hi everyone,
So I didn’t do a weekly wrap up last week as I hadn’t had a chance to get near the laptop so this week I’m going to do a bumper wrap up!!!
First though, I’ve been reading really slowly lately. I’ve not been in a reading slump as such, but I haven’t found myself eager to read as such. Our routines are all over the place now with the eldest on summer holidays and doing various summer camps so time has just been passing me by.
I did some Goodreads housekeeping too and it turns out I had DUPLICATES on my shelves, so my tally of books read now stands at 103 for the year so far which is annoying but at least its the true total now!
I also added up my TBR today and it stands at a whopping SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTEEN BOOKS between physical and Kindle books.
- 364 physical books
- 353 Kindle books
So, if you’re waiting for a review from me, I apologise. I am super slow lately at getting through and they keep multiplying!
Now, back to matters at hand! 🙂
I had had the pleasure of opening the lovely Angie Marsons Silent Scream blog tour for Silent Scream, published by Bonnier Zaffre in paperback which you can read by clicking the link below:

I read and LOVED The Deviants by CJ Skuse:
I had a guest post from international bestselling author Peter Robinson on the blog:
I was lucky enough to go on a cyber blind date with Amy from Novel Gossip:
I had Fahrenheit Press author Paul Charles on the triple S post:
Saturday Series Spotlight: Paul Charles
I was joined by the wonderful Alex Caan as part of the blog tour for Cut To The Bone:

Another triple S author, this time it was Owen Mullen’s turn:

And I tried to catch up on reviews today, so I have Michael Stanley’s A Death In The Family:
A Death In The Family by Michael Stanley
Along with Sibel Hodge’s new book, Untouchable, which was brilliant:
So that’s whats been happening at Bibliophile Book Club in the past two weeks! I’m smack bang in the middle of Nevernight by Jay Kristoff at the moment too, and I’m hoping to get that finished ASAP so keep an eye out for that review sometime next week!
Tomorrow, I’ve got the brilliant Holly Seddon on the blog with a guest post. Holly is the author of Try Not To Breathe so watch out for that in the morning.
How was your week? What did you read? Anything you think I should add to the HUGE TBR??? Leave me a comment below…
